Yomoyama no hito no takara ni suru yumi o kami no mimae ni kyō tatematsuru

English Translation
The bow which the folk
of the mountains on all sides
hold as treasure dear,
before the presence of the gods
today I now offer up.
Meaning
The bow that the people of the mountains all around hold as their treasure, I offer up today before the gods.
Commentary
Book Ten Kagura Songs 581

The poem says that today the poet offers before the gods the bow that the people of the mountains all around hold as treasure. By offering the gods the bow most precious to the mountain folk, it shows the solemnity of the rite and reverence for the gods.
This book is devoted to kagura songs, and from its opening poem to 586 come songs sung at the court kagura, with neither author nor headnote recorded. It is related to the torimono songs sung of the bow.

First line, "yomoyama no," means "of the mountains on all sides."
Second line, "hito no takara ni," means "as people's treasure," speaking of how precious the bow is to those who live in the mountains.
Third line, "suru yumi o," means "the bow that they hold."
Fourth line, "kami no mimae ni," means "before the gods," the same line as the fourth line of the opening poem, 576, "kami no mimae ni."
Final line, "kyō tatematsuru," means "I offer up today," with "tatematsuru" a humble form of "to give."
